the attractiveness of conservative talk radio: It's for people who need somebody to simplify complicated issues for them! The attractiveness of liberalism: It's for people who hate and feel the need to control other people to acquire a veneer of respectability.

I love that article about Zhorz! Thanks for digging it up and posting it here.

This is why I believe Hillary will never be elected President. She is the most divisive person in American politics. She is vengeful and spiteful. Spite is what she does best, and while this has great appeal among the spiritually bankrupt in our society, I still believe that for most people, her hatefulness is apparent and repulsive.

My Dear Grandmother said if you want to lose weight, eat a light evening meal. Unfortunately, I don't always follow her advice and my metabolism isn't what it used to be.

The first time I heard of his comments I believe he was even more effusive in his praise of Dubya and liked him best of all the presidents he had tailored for.
To: EdJay
This tailor has been making the clothes of Presidents going back, I believe, at least to Carter. I feel the same way about the French foreign policy, but not all are our enemies and certainly not this man. I certainly wouldn't want Americans to be judged by the likes of some of those in the media and "entertainment" world, plus many I run into almost every day.

I've always wondered where Clinton got the cash he handed out to victims of natural disasters. Was I the only one that was amazed and wondered where it came from?
To: joybelle
FEMA is probably where the money came from - it gets a budget just like every other admin office.

I see how it is, the President decides to go on vacation the second I get free time.

Hi, AZ!
I'm lurking around! :O)
How are you doing?
Long time , no "see"!
I'm not on FR much as I don't have access to the internet from my PC at home so I have to come here at work. I'll be off from Aug. 11 till Aug. 22 so I'll be away from FR for that time until I can get a new modem for my PC at home.
