"I certainly don't want to see Teddy Kennedy in a Navy flight suit."
House Majority Leader Tom DeLay used that image in a speech last week as he accused Democrats of a lack of leadership on national security. His joke at the expense of Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, D-Mass., touched off a verbal war Friday.

Ha ha haaaa! They would have to get a special flight suit made by Omar the Tentmaker!

DeLay is kicking the Dems ass!! If only the rest of the GOP had Texas-sized balls....
To: Brian S
This is too funny! Who do the dems think they are fooling? There is not a person in Congress who would want to see Kennedy in a flight suit.....oh, except maybe Barney Frank.

Former Sen. Max Cleland of Georgia, a Democrat and a Vietnam veteran . . .Former Sen. Bob Kerrey of Nebraska, also a Democrat and Vietnam veteran . . .
Funny how all the Vietnam veterans in the Democratic Party are former something-or-others.

I think that Kerry, Cleland, and Kennedy are a pack of sick scumbags Add Dasshole and Rangel to your rant. Although both have military service, their left-wing agenda pretty much neutralizes it.
Tom DeLay is the only Republican willing to fight back. The Dims can dish it out but cannot take it as usual.

Thanks for posting this! Every now and again, I forget just how humorless the fascisti are, how vainglorious they get, and how holier-than-thou the reprobates act.
This article was an excellent reminder. ;-D
Teddy Kennedy, among other things, you're obese. If you don't like it, do something about it, or learn to laugh at yourself.

I've always enjoyed the conservative sense of humor, and the fact that we can laugh at nearly anything. Whenever GW is speaking, my kids are always waiting for me to jump up and yell 'FOR THE LOVE OF PETE, GEORGE, IT'S NEW-KLEE-YER!'.

Delay shows the leadership most in this country are longing for. This is a real step forward for the Republican party.

Also, under much more heroic circumstances, wasn't Joe Jr., Ted and JFK's older brother, shot down during WW2?
