Excellent. Had Clinton been the CIC on 911 he would have been evacuated from the white house or kept from it also had he been away as Bush would have, and that would have been a "brilliant" move to assure the continuity of government. The media would have acted as though he or Al Gore thought of it, not the SS! They would have been just as shocked and in confusion as the Bush administration, in fact more so, but that would have been "understandable considering who could have ever anticipated such a montrous act?" The media would have been praising his brilliance to high Heaven! Sickening, disgusting, and yes, treason in it's most despicable form.

the loathsome Maureen Dowd ...The fatuous Woodruff ... IMHO, statements like this destroy the point the author is making. He is simply substituting one form of name-calling with another. To say the left-wing media is bias is a very valid point. Of course they engage in name-calling, but to discuss their bias while engaging one of their tactics, deminishes his point.
