The NAACP is filing a lawsuit because the # of precincts will be slashed-- by about 75% for example in LA. Thus, the poor and minorities in LA are disenfranchised.

Sanchez was asked by J&K why she doesn't place herself on the recall ballot....

First there was a very looooooong pause, then she said that she was encouraging and promoting Feinstein's entry.....when pressed further by J&K's suggestion that Feinstein would continue to rebuff Sanchez' call to run, Sanchez said that she already had a job and was very happy doing it.

According to Sanchez, Republican voters have 'cushier' jobs than Democrats. This allows them flexible schedules, which in turn means they can leave work in the middle of the day to go and vote. The poor three-job-workin' Democrats are this close to being disenfranchised, and aren't going to be able to squeeze a visit to the polls in. boo hoo!
