Jesus said, "My Father's house is a house of prayer" when He threw the moneylenders out of the temple. Talking (and especially boasting) about money in church is a BIG red flag to me, both for those who allow/encourage it and for those who do it. Check out the third commandment, ask why you REALLY claim His name.

Should have asked him whether he would enroll a family member or family friend in this insurance. If he answers no then ask him why he is so happy to be making these old people worse off than they were. If he answers yes then ask him why he thinks he is being well paid to give something of value away.
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
