Oller submitted an amendment to ban state funding of partial birth abortion: rats tabled it 22-14
Informed consent amendment by Morrow: rats tabled it 22-14

I'm informed that there are no reductions in spending, in fact there is a small increase & the work which these civil servants are suppose to perform is put off until next year. I want a recall of all of them if this is true. Once again nobody can or will cut spending.

I want a recall of all of them if this is true Even the ones who opposed it?????
BTW: They are not civil servants, they are elected officials. Big difference....for one, elected officials are much easier to get rid of than civil servants.

Sorry. I was hoping the leadership would hold out for a real and not a phony budget that pretends no painful choices have to be made to turn our state's dire condition around. That's what disappointed me.
