It was just a show for the cameras and for use in reelection posters. This isn't Taiwan where they have SERIOUS fights.

I am not familiar with politics over there. I thought it was serious and that people were grinning with astonishment. Is it customary there to pose in stupid photographs??

It wasn't posed like you would pose for a photo, but it was staged as a bit of play drama for the cameras. I watched it on the news last night.

But at the same time, you can see that everyone is having fun. Just a gimmick. Now when the Taiwan parliment has knock-down-drag-outs, THAT is serious.
