While he's right about the Dems incompetence in the realm of foreign affairs, the GOP is not really in much of a position to label anybody "big government."

Yeah. The Democrats want to take us back to the Gray Davis Era, with Howard Dean in charge. Maybe he can appoint Davis his Treasury Secretary to show how its done.

"Just look at their presidential candidates: it's like they're lost in a time warp. They want to tax like Mondale, spend like Carter, and fight like McGovern," DeLay said.

Well said.

Hey, wait juss a cotton-pickin' minute! I LIKE disco. How can you be in a bad mood and listen to disco at the same time? You can't.

Happy feet...

"the Democrats now spew more rhetoric about President Bush than they ever did about Saddam Hussein," DeLay said."

Our favorite Texan skewers the Dems again!

I just came up with a new joke: Name the two types of liberals in the U.S.?

Answer: those still living in the 60's and those still living in the 70's.

Tom Delay gives another punishing but honest indictment of the intellectual dishonest Left. The Left is belittling the terrorist threat, giving the people the impression we're losing the fight, and has no agenda of their own. I am serious on the latter. Go to the DNC's website- they have NOTHING on education, NOTHING on social security, NOTHING on taxation. As Delay says, the DNC's entire platform is about "hatred of Bush". That is not a positive, optimistic message for America. Democrats are peddling pessimism and that's not going to cut it.

We could use more voices in Washington heaping on the biting scorn and sarcasm our rabid Democrat commissars deserve. The full text of the speech is at Fear and Loathing in the Mother Ship .
