Pinging all rapetards, your victim is a 'drug taking, multiple suicide attempting, mentally unstable teen'. Which gives Kobe and me every right to rape her and her ilk!

You forgot to finish the thought, so I did. :)

In my defense, we don't know what the facts are except that she is a bad actor (nutjob). Wait a minute, we don't really know this. All we have is some people who claim to be friends of hers saying something, not under oath and boom the rape charge is a false allegation. In her defense there are several friends that say she would not make it up either. Here is what has been hinted over the past few days about the allegations leading to his guilt. Don't forget that Kobe is moving heaven and earth to keep the evidence secret. And I asked you Kobe worshippers, "WHY?" Also, he wants the evidence sealed but is using his slimball lawyers and detectives to slander this women. If you think this information is coming out randomly than you are a fool. 1. She was physically battered, bruises defensive wounds. The prosecution is expected to present some physical evidence that will make us squirm. 2. She ran immediately down from his room upset and crying and told hotel employees she was raped. 3. Hotel security came to his room because someone called complaining of a loud ruckus. 4. The hotel room was in disarray. 5. She had torn clothing and it appears buttons were ripped off her clothes inside the hotel room. The crime lab said there was plenty of evidence recovered at the scene of the crime. 6. The 19-year-old woman who accused Kobe Bryant of sexually assaulting her had "visible evidence" of the alleged attack a week later. 7. Were the body guards in the room? Who knows, but the DA was considering false imprisonment charges. Last but not least, my favorite response to you guys that love this rapist thug. I can not work up the energy to feel sorry for him. Even if he didn't rape her, he is a major league idiot. 1. He had unprotected sex with a stranger he just met. He did this in front of his three body guards. Everything that I read, states that the bodyguards were in the room when room service was called. In fact, room service was for the four of them. They all had to give police statements. They followed him in a cab to the hospital and acted very strange according to the cabbie. 2. He possibly exposed his wife to several STDs or maybe even a death sentence through AIDS. For all he knew about her, she could have been a hooker in some large city servicing every man in a twenty block area, then returned to her home town to recuperate. 3. He exposed the girl to a possible pregency. This is all the world needs, is another forgotten and uncare for bastard child. His primary thought was that if he was unlucky maybe he could throw a few dollars at it (the baby) to make it go away. 4. He gambled his future earnings, just getting caught in the act of infidelity and tarnishing his reputation without the rape allegation could cost him millions of dollars. 5. He drags his wife out to face public ridicule and humiliation during his strange press conference declaring his adultry. He is a major class jerk just for this alone. Actually the list goes on... But, just so you know where I stand, I have a slight feeling that he did rape her, but no proof (his conduct in the cab leaving the hospital, torn clothing and his crying statement on TV rings false).

We aren't Kobe worshippers. There is talk among lawyer-pundits of an out-of-court settlement. That's the payola for this woman. Even if money isn't her bag, she may do it because she's crazy. Why do terrorists do what they do? They're just crazy and crazy people do crazy things for reasons no reasonable person can wrap their minds around.

Following are some of the high-profile athletes who have in the last several years been linked to -- and in most cases exonerated from -- allegations of sexual misconduct.

May 15, 2000: Charged with third-degree sexual assault; on June 22, 2000, a child enticement charge was added
Feb. 4, 2001: Found not guilty on both charges

Len Dykstra
Oct. 1, 1999: Charged with sexual battery

Curtis Enis

June 27, 1997: Struck a plea bargain and received two years probation; also fined $1,020 and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service

Michael Irvin and Erik Williams
Dec. 29, 1996: Accused of aggrevated sexual assault

I know a woman who was raped and didn't report it (despite my urging) because she thought no one would believe her. I also knew a girl in college who was mad at her boyfriend so she had her friend beat her up in the ladies room of a bar and reported him to the cops for battery (I was at the bar at the time and witnessed/heard about it from her friend as it was happening). Now if she accused somebody of rape later on in life do I think that the jury should hear of her earlier false allegations? Of course.

I don't know whether Kobe raped this girl or not, but to say that we would be wrong to consider two previous suicide attempts due to boyfriend trouble, bragging to her friends about Kobe's manhood, and, yes, even auditioning for American Idol when speculating (which is all we can do at this point) on her credibility is naive. We make judgments about people all the time based on how they dress, how they act, how they speak, how they treat those around them, etc. These judgments aren't always perfect, and a good judge of character knows that, but they are a necessary mechanism for living in a world in which we do not have all the facts all the time.

most of what you wrote in your post (bodyguards in room, other hotel guests saying they heard noises, hotel room trashed, torn clothing, etc) i have never heard anywhere before now from ANY news source. Are you psychic? How do you know? I am not a Kobot, but where did you get this info? or is it just speculation. Granted, if its just speculation, its pretty good, but where did it come from?
