Fine, put the perps in jail, then under guards with scatterguns they can work off expenses incurred from their conduct by cleaning up the barrios and down in the hood.
I could care less about this upside down world that has been created.
I feel like I should go down to a Mexican beach and demand the corrupted government of that country take care of me, for life.
They don't like life in their beloved taco land south of the border, so the libs criminally encourage the criminals to come north so they can convert out nation into becoming just like the Mexican filth they left behind.
Ah yes, the brave new world, how much more can we take until the pressure cooker relief valve fails?

What frustrates me is the Govt. excepts "illegals".
Who cares what American citizens think.
Our USGovt. seems to be saying to Mexico come on up we will figure out how to keep you all here later.
What got me was in reading tons of research I came across the INS filing page for download and they have a waiver for fees.
I wish the IRS was so kind.
There are so many different forms one to fit every situation via the INS.
Why not just fly both countries flags in unison? (sarcasm)
I started about a month ago looking at this situation out of curiousity to the big influx in my small little town in the PNW and have come to the conclusion that our Govt. is encouraging illegals to come.
You my fellow citizens IMO are now the under class.
We need more Tancredo's.
Go Back To Mexico! Stop breaking our laws! We don't invade your country and break your laws. Get out!!

(Have you committed one random act of thoughtcrime today?)
I have read posts that explain it this way. Fox wants to rid his country of the Indians and keep the Elite.
While enjoying the money illegals send back to Mexico.
It wouldn't surpize me if Fox instituted a way to tap into these funds. Maybe he already has.
Like in prison the state takes a cut of any money coming into prisoners books for victem funds. The percentage rate increases the longer the inmate does time. (which is a good thing if it is going to actual victems)

Oregon Berry Packing in Hillsboro, which employs about 400 workers, said that the Social Security Administration reported that 70 percent of its berry pickers and 40 percent of the berry packers appeared to be using faulty Social Security numbers (SSN) in 1997. ("Faulty" SSNs in most cases would mean counterfeit cards used by illegal aliens.) (Source: Rural Migration News, October, 1998) In March 1999, the Multnomah County jail (capacity 2,036 beds) was full and planning on releasing between 20-40 inmates to make room for more dangerous criminals. Among those likely to be released were immigration law violators, and part of the emergency plan included asking the INS to suspend sending prisoners. (Source: Oregonian, March 23, 1999) The Mexican consulate in Portland estimates that 80,000 Mexicans have immigrated illegally to Oregon. The Extension Service of Oregon State Univ. estimates the number of migrant farm workers who work in Oregon each year at 150,000.
According to a Hillsboro berry grower and contractor, "If the immigration service did an inspection during harvest, any farmer in this state would be out of business." (Source: Oregonian, April 30, 1999) So why doesn't immagration do inspections. What an your face to bad attitude.
Thanks got it.
When I started researching both sides of the issue I was asking how and why is this happening. If it is illegal.
Now I am asking "what?" can I do to turn it around.
If our Govt. is pro illegal immigration what can we do to change this mess.
My modest effort to make the invaders a little less comfortable is pretty simple.
I am shopping for casual clothes that just happen to be very similar to what the INS agents wear as uniforms.
No intent of actual impersonation, just a close enough appearance at a distance to make the illegal invaders jumpy.
As an experiment I once wore a hat with an INS logo on it to work, I knew several of the employee's in the paint
department were mouthy illegal's.
They were very fond of speaking Mex. while they were supposed to be working with the entire crew, casual insults, getting drunk while "working", and petty theft.
It was hard to keep from laughing out loud at their reaction, they knew I was not INS, I had no other evidence of INS affiliations, but they were uncharacteristically quite and well behaved the entire day!

(Nuke the U.N!)
The American people and a few Congressmen are against it. I think as the level of awareness increases the government will respond. This problem was once confined to a few states in the southwest; not anymore.
The influx of migrants here are not in your face.....yet.
I have told all my contractors not to send any illegals on crews if they want to do business with me.
I have a big mouth and I do worry about inviting trouble. I am trying to be more incogneto and continue to speak up.

Lease of LIFE for illegal immigrants
The Immigration and Naturalization Service is emphasizing a little known provision that would give certain illegal immigrants in the United States, the ability to obtain legal status. The temporary provision, known as LIFE Act, is available to eligible illegal immigrants only till April 30.
"The Act provides relief for a number of individuals seeking to become lawful permanent residents, but it is not amnesty for all persons unlawfully in the United States," Mary Ann Wyrsch, acting commissioner for the INS said.
To qualify, the eligible illegal immigrant must meet the following criteria: the applicant has to show that she/he was in the US on December 21, 2000, the day
former president Bill Clinton signed the provision under section 245(i) as a bill; the applicant must have a sponsor - an immediate family member to file a visa petition or an employer to file a labour certification; as in all cases related to filing of labour certification, the prospective employers will have to demonstrate that they are unable to hire qualified legal workers.
To be eligible, the illegal immigrants could have entered the US illegally or became out of status (and hence become illegal) while residing in the country.
The applicant will have to pay $1,000 as penalty fee, plus $225 for processing the application.
"There has been a lot of confusion about this provision," Murali Krishna Devarakonda, a spokesman for the Immigrants Support Network said.
"People need to understand the implication of the December 21 rule. If you were in the US until December 21, but not on that day, bad luck. If you came after December 21, again bad luck."
"Most people seem to think that it is only an employment-based green card, because that's what they all go for," Devarakonda added. "Even a relative can file the petition for you."
Spouses, children, parents and siblings of US citizens, as well as spouses and unmarried children of legal permanent residents can also apply under the 245(i) provision.
Prior to the signing of the LIFE Act, illegal immigrants had to return to their home country to apply for a change in status.
And if found having lived in the US illegally, they could be potentially barred from returning to this country from three to 10 years.
INS expects approximately 640,000 people to be eligible to benefit from the new provision.
In order to reach the eligible illegal immigrants in New York, prominent politicians from the state - Senator Hillary Clinton, and Representatives Jose E Serrano and Nydia M Velazquez have prepared public service announcements for radio and television. The 30-second announcements will be broadcast from March 26.
"Not many are focused on it (the new provision) and not many people understand what it is," Devarakonda said. "People who can benefit the most (out of status H-1B visa workers, for instance) are not thinking about it. They are busy looking for jobs."
On March 27, ISN is holding its Second Annual Bay Area meeting at the Santa Clara City Library, Devarakonda said. An issue on the agenda is the provision under section 245(i).
Reports indicate that a bill drafted by Republican Congressmen from Long Island - Peter King and with bipartisan support of other legislators from New York, will seek to extend the deadline by six months, beyond April 30.
Acting Commissioner Wyrsch emphasized that US immigration law, including the provision under LIFE Act, was complicated.
"Those who have concerns about eligibility for the LIFE Act benefits should be cautious to avoid unscrupulous immigration practitioners," she added. "They should contact a licensed attorney or a legal service provider recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeals."

How can one tell if someone is an illegal without inviting a civil discrimenation lawsuit or be accused of harrassing others?

Fox wants to rid his country of the Indians and keep the Elite.
This is the real story of Mexico. The Indians are starving and are being forced by the Narco trafficers to grow or take their drugs across the borders. Some of the Indians try to stop this but they are quickly killed or arrested. I hear stories daily of Federales assisting the drug dealers and the illegals in crossing the border.
The European elites are corrupt and have no desire to share power with the real Mexicans. IMHO if we want to help Mexico we should send a division or two over there and squash that Socialist hell hole.
