I thought it was common knowledge that NYC conservatives have absolutely no representation at any level. Especially local. :-(

Brooklyn congressman Major Owens calls Davis a "reckless" man who has tried to build "a cult of personality."

Now I KNOW Major Owens is a first class kook.
So while I may be wrong, I take this statement to be a + in James Davis' favor.
