I have no idea but he is looking over his shoulder and is right next to him. Kind of creepy if you ask me. Speaker of the City Council who could not wait to get to the podium. Pretty rude if you ask me -- he gave the Mayor no space -- bet he is a DemocRAT!

The bodies of Saddam's sons are at a makeshift morgue at Baghdad Airport. Wonder what they are going to do with them. Maybe they should parade them through the street!
