Probably smuggled in by person pretending to be a little old lady in a wheel chair, you know, the kind of person that TSA is supposed to let through airport security with only minimal scruitny.
FYI, the biggest drug dealer my town has ever seen was an 85 year old Albanian woman. I have no problem checking little old ladies. They are perfect mules.
