What a sick bunch of people. We should have let them all starve.

LOL! I didn't realize the Germans were getting food aid from us.

"The news is controlled," 17-year old Kenny Donaubaur was quoted as saying. "You could see that in the Iraq war. It doesn't seem to me thet you get the full truth."

They aren't now, but during the Berlin blockade we flew food in to them at great risk to our pilots. Also, right after the war, many were starving. Had we not bothered with them, maybe some of these spoiled brats wouldn't be around to mouth off at their betters.

Oh, your post made it seem like you were talking about now.

Keep in mind, not all Germans agree with this poll. A large majority, in fact, do not. I wouldn't want to have my image as an American determined by what the liberal wing of the democratic party thought.

Correction, I misread your post.

At any rate, there are many more Germans who are grateful for our help than are not. We shouldn't take it out on an entire people because of the extreme views of a few.

The headline should be "Germany continues to be easy to lie to."

Why has the U.S. one single solitary soldier in this cuckoos' nest of anti-American Y-Generation goofballs??

If we must maintain a "presense" in Eastern Europe, let's get the h*ll out of Germany and hunker down in Poland or Estonia.

I don't mind our people there. Need to keep an eye on them. I'm more concerned about their German Air Force Flying Training Centers here in the US.

Would they attack us on command?

The odds of U.S. based Luffwaffe dropping A-Bombs here in America under the command of the EU, is about the same odds as Mexico invading our sovereign borders. /sarcasm/

IOW, our national security is severly compromised STILL.

I will never understand what defective gene makes people ignore rational, well-documented and redundant evidence, in favor of conspiracy theories with no basis in fact. It's a puzzlement. :)
