Rangel: U.S. Acted Illegally in Killing Uday and Qusay

The U.S. acted illegally when its soldiers attacked and killed Uday and Qusay Hussein, a leading Democratic congressman complained on Tuesday, before mocking the military maneuver that succeeded in eliminating the brutal duo.
"We have a law on the books that the United States should not be assassinating anybody," Rep. Charlie Rangel, D-NY, told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes."
"We tried to assassinate Castro and we paid dearly for it," the Rangel contended. "And when you personalize the war and you say you're killing someone's kids, then they, in turn, think they can kill somebody."
When an incredulous Sean Hannity expressed dismay at Rangel's comments, the Harlem Democrat shot back, "How can you get so much satisfaction that two bums have been killed? We got bums all over the world and some in the United States."
Then Rangel mocked the U.S. military's success in killing the two Hussein heirs, saying, "I personally don't get any satisfaction that it takes 200,000 troops, 250,000 troops, to knock off two bums."

LOL! This is great! The law against assassination applies only to political figures during peacetime. It's pretty clear Uday and Qusay were levying war upon us, so killing them was legit, under American and "International" Law.
It's really wonderful when an idiot Dem makes his true position so clear.
HANDS OFF SADDAM!
REMEMBER QUSAY!
VENGEANCE FOR UDAY!
FREE MUMIA!

This Rangel assh*le is coming on again on the repeat in just a few minutes from now - 11:10pm Pacific time. Check it out.
This bug needs to be squashed. A thoroughly greasy old leftist Big Stupid Government bastard. Someone on FR had the Nickname 'o the Day for this old feeb: Gargles the Clown.
I still prefer Rangel the Assh*le.

Yes, and prove daily why we don't want America in the hands of Democrats.
From his appearance I learned that it is ok to send soldiers to be killed to defend our country against men like these two, it is ok to kill their soldiers - but out of that whole country - the "bums" are not to be touched. The "bums" have free license to execute, bomb, torture, kill - but no attempt can be made on their life. That is assassination you know - and we have a law against that.
I learned it is far better to allow the "bums" to gas their people or us, to steal, to rape, to do as they please without any threat to their personal safety - you see they are protected because they lead the country. Only the underlings can be killed for the actions of "bums".
I learned that Democrats abhor war and will deflect attention away from taking action to defend America. Therefore, our country is not protected during their terms.
I learned that only the U.N. has the power of military force - their decision - not America's. Only the U.N., run by leaders of other nations who hate the power of America, can make the decisions to defend America.
Wow - just makes me feel so safe. Thank you Charlie for clarifying the Democratic beliefs for me.

I think Fedayeen Rangel has a certain ring to it.

I guess by Rangel's definition, Saddam, too, is someone's "kid"! I guess it wouldn't be nice to kill Mrs Hussein's "kid" either, poor widdle Saddam./sarcasm
What a complete moron that Rangel is; i find him an embarrassment and I'm more embarrassed by the morons who elected him
To: Paul Atreides
I don't know whether to laugh or be indignant. The law on the books is that we don't assasinate the leaders of foreign nations. First, Uday and Qusai are not the leaders of Iraq. Second, even Saddam is fair game now that his regime has been toppled and he no longer controls the nation state. The US activity was perfectly acceptable. More importantly, this proves that Democrats cannot and must not be trusted with national security. Iraq's 23M people were routinely terrorized and tortured by these two sadistic madmen. They paid the ultimate price for their vicious crimes and the Iraqi people are better off for it, to say nothing about it improving the security of our troops in Iraq.

Most RATs are unhappy about us killing those punks because they know it'll hurt their chances to win next year. Most, though, have the COMMON DECENCY to shut up and PRETEND to be happy. Oh, but not Rang-gull.

Dear Stupid Rangel
I beg to differ
It is perfectly legal to kill criminals and mass-murderers. These sons of Saddam are the worst mass-murderers, the wrld has seen for sometime

Sedition is the current DNC Politburo conspiracy.
Congressmen can not be arrested only while Congress is in session.
