I don't think it would ever get to that...Even if convicted, sued, and if he gives this girl 25,000,000, assuming that his health holds up during his incarceration (I would not want to take bets on that), he will be fine...I do think that Kobe has to explain how she got hurt and she has to explain what she was doing there and the police will have to explain why this alleged crime scene was not secured...As always, I respect all opinions but I believe only the facts....

Just wondering how much his wife would get in a divorce since they have been married for just a couple of years. Did she ever sign a prenup?

In California, she may or may not do well for herself but because she has borne him a child, she would not have to worry about anything. He will have to support the child in the manner to which it has become accustomed...That is quite expensive...

I was watching an episode of "While You Were Out" last night on The Learning Channel and in this episode, the wife wanted to redo the backyard for her husband, the big Lakers fan. They painted a purple and yellow key on the backyard hoops court, added bleachers and a scoreboard and a refreshment stand. They decorated everything in Lakers colors. The prize package he won at the end was highlighted by the Kobe Bryant autographed basketball and jersey. The husband kept saying, "This is great, I LOVE Kobe, I LOVE Kobe!"
Doh! What is that they say, "Timing is everything"?...
