I find the comparison of the Bryant case to the Clinton impeachment offensive, because it trivializes the harm Clinton did. You could glean a small measure of Clinton from how he treated women, but that was not the core of his venality.

The harm Clinton did to those women is directly related to the harm Bryant did to this woman (and perhaps others). It is an example to all men on what they can get away with if they have enough fan support and score for their team.

I find it difficult to believe this was his first foul, but apparently it was the first the referee called him on.

The evidence against Clinton is a bit more solid. I'm not saying you can't be right, but be honest: there is absolutely no objective reason you should believe the girl over Bryant, or vice versa.
