If she hadn't filed charges, or didn't intend to in the future, then she had no reason to stay quiet.

Juanita had the power to severely impede Clinton's chances at the White House in 1992 -- and she blew it. Not that I'm completely blaming her for eight years of fun and games in the White House, but it's too bad she couldn't find it in her to file charges, at the time of the alleged crime.

and missed the opportunity to be trashed by millions of his fans, just like Kobe's victim is being trashed by Kobe's fans.

That is precisely why she did not file charges. He was the Attorney General. She was in a hotel room with him. She knew there were lots of evil men and women who would support him, not to mention the morally challenged.
