First, I don't know if these statements are true or not. Time will tell. But if these people show up at trial and swear under oath that this woman said and did these things, then it's over. No jury would ever convict. And rightfully so.
As to your second point, when a woman makes an accusation of rape, ever aspect of her life which is arguably relevant to the accusations which she has made is, to use your words, "fair game." And bragging about her experience, if she did, is certainly relevant and very damning to the case which is being prosecuted in her name.

The fact that she made the accusations, will put her every movement, words & actions under very close scrutiny by the defense.
