I posted to you last night that Mark Hurlbert, the DA himself, said on MSNBC last night that the representative was misquoted and the fact was they had done a thorough investigation.

That is called debunking an erroneous story.

It's called spin control. There is no way you could misinterpet the quote from the spokesperson. And the real story was the OD which they have been fighting in court to keep out of the papers (911 calls) and warning the friends not to repeat. Mark had to confirm the "real" story.

Hardly what I call a debunking.

Is that the best you've got?

The woman did not say what was attributed to her and the DA did know about the OD before deciding to file charges, no matter how you want to deny it.
