Doubtfull... Perry Mason or Matlock is going to get her to crack up on the stand and she is going to admit that she made the whole thing up? Unlikely.. SHE is the one who led the charge out of the colorado woodwork... not the other way around.

Really, do you know this; or do you believe this?? I have seen absolutely no reports of this fact. If she did this; then one is pre-disposed to believe her side of the story. However, from the reports I have heard/read; the victim waited 12 hours before deciding to do anything. The wait period causes me to question 'why'.

If you read about the 5 kids who talked about the party, it said they were surprised to see her there after the incident. If they were surprised she was there, how would the media know she would be there either? I'm not even sure the media even knew who the girl was at that time. Plus, teens aren't going to advertise a party with alcohol to adults beforehand.

I don't know the truth. I heard somewhere she came down and told people at the front desk she had been raped. She was injured, and they took her to the hospital. Don't know if it is true. I am going to wait and see what happens. I am not going to condemn Kobe (except for bad judgement cheating on his wife) or the girl. I don't know what the truth is. My only point is why should we automatically believe Kobe is telling the truth? He may be guilty or innocent. I don't know.

Get with the program... This was not some sorta press conference for your anonymous victim. It was apparently a simple party.. and the her behavior was reported by the person who was throwing the party... and several other witnesses.

You'd be surprised at what teens tell their parents. Hell, the parents sometimes let them throw these parties. Beats scooping them up off the highway later. You're still assuming she was at a party. Big assumption.

I don't think any of us automatically believe anything KB says. Some just doubt the credibility of the girl more and more as things are leaked out. So far no one has been able to dig up any real dirt on KB's history showing him to be the type of person to rape. Many things have been pointed out about the girl's history to show her as mentally unstable and attention seeking.

It's NOT. Never happened. Fact: She did not report the 'rape allegation' until the follwoing day at Noon.
