U.S. Embassy in Monrovia, Liberia shelled.

News reports the shelling (with mortars) of the U.S. Embassy in Monrovia, Liberia. Since an embassy is considered sovereign territory of the government it represents, isn't this the same as someone shelling Washington, D.C.? I guess we quit defending our embassies and interests in Tehran, in 1979. It's time to blow SOMEBODY to kindgom come!
