Well this is one way to avoid increasing malpractice premiums for those in the medical field. Rather inventive I must say, outsourcing doctors & nurses now.

For every doctor they draft the American Bar Assoc. will demand they draft 10 lawyers to every one doctor to keep the ratio up for military medical malpractice cases.

Maybe Health Care Professionals could be drafted to fight the War on Poverty, too.

Just because there is a plan doesn't mean that it will be implemented. We probably even have an invasion plan for England...
Going through different scenarios, no matter how unlikely, is good practice. I wish someone would have had a better plan for action before the towers were hit. A lot of critical mistakes were made immediately after which could and should have been avoided.

Does this imply that health care personnel are indespensible, or something? Maybe they should be drafting lawyers--aren't they the ones who are always looking out for us?
Huh. Before you start selective service, better cough up some serious tort reform...

Come next February, I'll be home free (age 56). Besides I did my nine years of active duty and when I got out I took an unqualified resignation, so my name would be at the bottom of such a list, in case of a draft.
