Actually the so-called cartoon has a pro-Bush intent. It is so shocking everyone is taking it wrong, in which case it is probably not a good political comment. It's trying to show that partisan politics is acting in a brutal fashion toward Dubya. I think the conservative cartoonist misjudged this one. The image cancels the intent.
