If you had skimmed through the thread, you might have noticed the other historical political cartoons also depicting violence upon past presidents. None of those cartoonists were arrested.
Political speech is one of the most highly sacred things in this country.

And needs to be done responsibly.
I've seen some photoshops with Bush and bin laden that are stomach churning 'putting their heads on gay porn' and I assume you could make a *really* nasty photoshop with some ogrish.com stuff and put Bush's head on it.
However, that's going into the 'yelling fire in a theater' or screaming 'this plane is going to explode now' on a flight territory.
I know there's a lot of people that are near anarchistic in regards to free press, but it doesn't work that way.
