The only thing saving him in this case is it that the woman is a mental patient being she tried to over-dose in a suicide only 2 months ago. You have no source for her being a mental patient.

She went to an emergency ward for attempted suicide by am overdose of drugs. She has mental problems and perhaps a drug problem as well.
