I agree 100%!!! Of course, this is in a city/state that could not convict OJ of killing 2 people, why should anyone be held accountable for 10 deaths( in front of tons of witnesses) just because they're aged.

Now, COMPETENT adults are released on their own recognizance. If you are released TO someone, doesn't that imply, legally, that they are responsible FOR you? That, to me, means they are legally responsible for what he did and should be sued 10 ways from Sunday. The doctor too- and the State. Anyone who SHOULD have restricted Weller's actions but didn't.
