[history]
Completely frustrated by their inability to belittle, sneer at or just plain falsify about the victory of our troops in Iraq, opponents of the president are now reduced to using bits and pieces of non-evidence to contend that we did not have to replace the brutal regime of Saddam Hussein.

I realize the RATS are desparate for anything to latch onto against the President -- but this whole issue is so clearly bogus it's amazing even the LIEberal media keeps harping on it. Yes, I know, they do the bidding of Terrible Terry and Bubba - but still - they must think we're all completely stupid!!

Don't get too upset. This will blow up in the Dems faces. W is an honest guy who gives a Rats as about this country....that fact will be the left's doom.
Anyway, this is politics as usual. President Lincoln got much harsher treatment during his re-election campaign in the midst of trying to save the Union.
Some things never change.

I mentioned before that one of the things that this brings up is that the Dem presidential candidates must have gotten "credible information" that Bush is sitting on WMD evidence or that the evidence is soon to come. If you notice, they and the press have all but given up on the WMD angle. This approach is SOOO baseless that it makes you wonder what they are thinking.

Nice piece. But I expected something a little more meaty from Caspar. Still, he's been out of office for quite a while. A nice effort but not as compelling as it might be.
