That's not the only subject on which this High Court doesn't agree with me. I can't believe that there are those who actually think a 2nd Amendment on point specific challenge will "fly" with this liberal court! Just wait...a few more Scalia's on this court and their views may radically change on this and other subjects. I can wait.
