What fundamental freedom is taken away by reducing or elminating the H1-B and L-1 visa? The rights of Indian IT workers to jobs in America? I don't think the constitution protects that. Tariffs were a part of the Constitutional plan. Is charging a 40% fee on a outsourced service taking away a fundamental freedom? Which of the Ammendments in the Bill of RIghts is violated.
