If someone were really serious about "greenhouse gasses," they would eliminate all the hot air coming from political control-freaks hell bent on playing God.
This form of taxation against the farmers is just ludicrous. Perhaps New Zealand farmers can recommend feeding Rumensin to their politicians' to reduce their production of verbal methane. Perhaps it should be the fodder of all politicians worldwide. Once their feed is controlled, you could almost bet that "greenhouse gasses" would no longer be an issue.
