[history]
IT IS A TOUCHDOWN at the old-boy network when ESPN hires Rush Limbaugh for pregame blabber about pro football. It is an extra point when the media think nothing of this event. They both should be penalized for roughing the past.

FrankyP,
It frosts you doesn't it? A guy like Limbaugh makes a ton of money by putting the Democratic party into perspective THEN he makes MORE money incorporating his love of sports with his ability to communicate.
You've got to make fun of him or you'll have to punch something. Hope this helped.
Stick around here for awhile and open your mind. (instead of your mouth) You can get an education or end up breaking your fist. The choice is yours.

Me too especially since they have it all wrong yet again!

I have listened to Rush for about 10 years and I have never, ever heard him make even a remotely racist remark. Not that he needs me or anyone else to defend him but I say it only to point out that I'm 100% sure that these supposed quotes are bogus. I hope some intrepid reporter exposes this columnist as another Blair.

You Sir are wrong. Rush is a professional in everything he does. He will not use this show as a political 'football' to poke fun at his rivals. He has a true love of the game and I expect only the highest professionalism from him. And he will be having the time of his life.

It's better to remain silent and be thought a fool,
than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

When he was angling for the Monday Night job a couple of years ago, I remember Rush saying he would be non-political, and I believed him. It's liberals who generally have to drag politics into everything.
