ITHACA -- Four defendants were arraigned in Tompkins County Court Monday for using blood to destroy items as they refused to leave the military recruiter's office at the Cayuga Mall.

Daniel Burns, Teresa B. Grady, Peter Demott, and Clare Grady represented themselves before Judge M. John Sherman as they were formally arraigned on charges of third-degree criminal mischief.

When Sherman asked each defendant to enter a plea, he was not answered with the typical terms..."I plea for an end to war," said Demott..."I plea for truth, so the truth can come out," said Clare Grady....For each defendant, Sherman interposed a plea of not guilty.

This is where the institutional liberalism of Ithaca starts to become worrisome in this case.

Sherman, a democrat, could have used the entry of a plea to shut down some of the circus atmosphere immediately by admonishing the defendants to simply enter, as the law requires, pleas of either "guilty" or "not guilty" and save their arguments for the trial.

Instead, like a typical Ithaca elected official, he indulged these treasonous dirtbags and allowed them to play their little games with the law to further their anti-American agenda.

Ithaca is the City of Evil.

Personally, I have made a vow to myself. I will burn a flag the day they say it is illegal to do it. Because the day they say it, then it no longer matters.

The problem here wasnt that they destroyed a flag. It was that they destroyed SOMEONE ELSE's flag.
