I love birds too. We don't have the crested Blue Jays here, but we do have an abundance of their distant relatives the Scrub Jay. Very pretty but very aggressive birds with a raucous call. They don't have a pretty chirp like your Blue Jay. They are the loud-mouth bullies of the neighborhood. LOL.
