Perhaps, just perhaps, the baby was not born alive. This begs the question, then why was it in a dumpster? Shouldn't 'momma' have gone to the hospital to have her little one? Even if she chose not to, shouldn't 'momma' have called 911 or screamed for help when she realized something was wrong with her precious child?
'Momma' is guilty of something. We have yet to find out wwhat, exactly, but I suspect it's murder.
