She should a have just swallowed some liquid drain cleaner. That would have disolved the roach and eliminated her clog.

The fork is now in her stomach, folks, if it is an accurate photo, ie. not doctored (no pun intended) or simply lying on the abdomen. Could be that they're monkey-fishing in Israel.
BTW, someone needs to forward the picture to www.placebojournal.com. They love stuff like this and would publish it in a heartbeat. (The doc realizes how many medical expressions he uses without even thinking about it).

I always use one of those Taco Bell "sporks" to dig out throat roaches.

I have a fast-food deprived brother in Georgia who hadn't heard the word 'spork' until his son - an inmate in the Georgia State Prison system - told him that's what they have to use for their meals in the big house.
