[history]
Pretoria, South Africa -- President Bush received a cool reception Wednesday in the capital of Africa's largest economic power, as opinion leaders here and across the continent complained about his policies on Iraq, AIDS and the International Criminal Court.
Bush has come to this long-struggling region with the promise of billions of dollars for development, disease-fighting and counterterrorism efforts, and he carries the prestige of making only the third sub-Saharan Africa tour by a U.S. president. But Africans have responded with anti-Bush protests, diplomatic snubs and critical media coverage.

In South Africa, the country's revered former president, Nelson Mandela, who sharply criticized Bush on Iraq and once said Bush "cannot think properly, " arranged to be out of the country while he is here.

Their liberal creeps act exactly like our liberal creeps. Apparently, our culture war is becoming worldwide.

Most of South Africa's leaders are still card-carrying members of the South African Communist Part (SACP). Together with the country's largest labor union (COSATU), the SACP entered into an alliance with the ruling ANC back in the early 90's. I remember South Africa's finance minister being a particularly proud communist. Of course communists these days think their "grand experiment" would have succeeded if it weren't for the meddling of capitalist countries like the U.S.

Reporters at liberal papers breathlessly write such reports thinking the rest of us will care as much as they do. To them it's a complete catastrophe that other liberals overseas protest against our President. It must be that being liked is more important to them than doing the right thing. Public approval in other countries should never be the criterion for President Bush acting in US national interests, and it's irrelevant if thousands, or even millions, of socialist idiots object.

Tell me again why Bush wants to send 15 BILLION [with a "b"] of my tax dollars to these fools?
Let the tribes kill themselves. Whoever is left will start crowing like banty roosters, will try to push us too hard and we'll take them out. Ska-roo the jerks!

Anything syndicated by the
Washington Post needs to be excerpted, as a condition of settlement of the lawsuit.
Here is that "cool reception" from the President of South Africa that Milbank is pushing:

"Bush has come to this long-struggling region...Blah, Blah, Blah"Sorry, I couldn't go on reading after that. The nation of South Africa was a model of a modern state until the Communist NAC took over.

Every story I've seen refers to "diagreements" regarding "AIDS" but none of these "journalists" are reporting the root of the "disagreement" is Mbeki is a nutter who thinks that AIDS doesn't exist but is some kind of western plot.

I've always liked Limbaugh's idea of an excrement list. SA and Zimbabwe should lead the list. Well, NK should be at the top, followed by the Palestinians.

Here's an eye-opening WP book review. Guess who has the history of racism and who helped free the slaves - even risking their own lives? Think Iraq. Dems. once again on the side of the oppressors.
"Worse Than Slavery"Parchman Farm and the Ordeal of Jim Crow Justice (Republicans lynched along with the slaves they helped free by Democratic thugs - Dem. Ku Klux Klan and militias).
