Do you all remember what you were like when you were 12? Just like 15, 16, and even 17, it's an age of innocence, and an age when you don't really understand much about the world. I believe the age of consent will be lowered and lowered and over just a few more years, and soon it will be 13 and above.

What is it with academicians and perverts? They're around children all day and they get urges?

The fact that this insult to our children is even being discussed is disturbing, but I have no doubt the SCOTUS will find a compelling state interest in our children being buggered.

The mere fact that a Justice sits on the high court who is on record for lowering the age of consent to 12 shows that these people are out of touch with the society they rule over.

Little by little the unelected elite of the SCOTUS are altering our society in a fashion of their own European/Socialist design. If it is the fashion in Paris, or Brussels, to bugger children then SCOTUS will make sure that Americans can be just as "enlightened". Who can stop them?

The People can stop them, and should before they do our children, and society, irreparable harm. Unelected, elitist, judges must be held accountable to The People for their actions.

To convey upon appointed Justices the mantle of immunity is to thrust upon society the burden of their errors.

Psssssssssst ... daycare folks also "experiment" with little ones. Not all but MANY pedaphiles work for "daycare" centers. I know of a couple people who've had their children come home with rashes, inflamation, urinary track infections etc.. since attending daycare. If the kids are able to speak they can when probbed describe what happened with the perp BUT to prosecute there must be OVERWHELMNING evidence of this so many parents just pull their kids from THAT daycare and put them in another and hope for the best.
