The situation in Afganistan certainly should be dicussed by this body; however, the delegate from the Republic of Korea's suggestion to send in peackeepers to "end" the civil war would not be appropriate at this time. It is interesting to note that the right honourabledelegate from the Republic of Poland was recently censured for making this same suggestion about the situation in Korea earlier. Until Afganistian presents itself as a clear threat to the peace and security of the region, then no military action should be taken by the United Nations. Thank you.

Re: Wilkinson's ID

Just tuck the factoid of the spelling of honorable v. honourable in the back of our minds. Those who are American schooled do not spell it this way. Points in the direction that T.J. Wilkinson may not be an American or at least not native born or schooled. Just a little factoid in this mystery.

"honorable v. honourable"

At least a dandy clue as to where the information originated....the British press...and frankly, I'm super suspicious of ANYthing I read from them. Everything British these days, seems to have the mischievious and subversive goal, of hurting Tony Blair.

I wonder if he has a British accent?
