A suburban Oak Lawn man was arrested Wednesday on charges of serving as an unregistered agent of Saddam Hussein's government, including spying on opposition leaders for Iraqi intelligence, federal officials announced.

Espionage in a time of war carries A possible death penalty. Whether we go for it depends on how serious his espionage has been.
