Yep, and I'm sure his diet and exercise program has done a number on his arteries. Maybe we should throw people in jail for that, too.
To: ActionNewsBill
Does that make things more clear for you, or should I "dumb it down" to a third grade level so you can understand? In your case that would be dumbing up to the third grade.

That one's my favorite. "Prohibition of drugs is not prohibition." More correctly: "Illegal pot is not 'Prohibition.'"
During Prohibition, a sizable majority disagreed with the law. That is not the case here.

"WHAT I SAID FOR THE 1600TH TIME IS THAT A MAN WHO ONCE OPENLY CELEBRATED THE USE OF POT AND OTHER ILLEGAL (and legal) DRUGS, NOW SAYS THAT POT LEADS TO THE USE OF OTHER ILLEGAL DRUGS." (and that coffee leads to the use of crank). Are you talking about President Bush? Yep, people CAN grow up I guess.

Yeah, and "alcohol is not a drug." For the purposes of the "legalize drugs" debate, it is not. Not that you have any other valid points except the fact that you like getting baked and you wish people would stop hassling you, but semantics is not going to get any laws changed.

False---for the purposes of the "legalize drugs" debate, alcohol is an already-legal drug.

How about your family? (Lack of ambition - sitting around, not going to work. You know, the whole thing about money being needed for food and rent?)

So what does your personal attack on AxelPaulsenJr have to do with the fact that a lurker wouldn't read all 1,500 posts?
That was, after all, the point you chose to cut and paste.
To: presidio9
LOL. Great comeback to the standard LeRoy debating tactic number 101.

False---for the purposes of the "legalize drugs" debate, alcohol is an already-legal drug. This is idiotic. When YOU say "drugs" should be legalized, you are either not talking about alcohol, or you are being ignorant. Alcohol is already legal. Nobody denies that alcohol is a mind altering substance, ok? Put that one to rest. We refer to the banned substances as "drugs" for lack of a better term. Give us a new one and we'll use it. But you death-grip cling to the correct use of the term "drugs" is more childish than your constant requests for "evidence."

In your case that would be dumbing up to the third grade. Wow! What a clever and original response! Did you think that one up all by yourself, or did you ask a three-year old to help you compose it?
In any case, you have once again proved that you have the edge over me in name calling, lack of debating ability, boorishness and complete irrelevance
Too bad your intellectual stature remains on a level with boiled peas.

"Please provide evidence for your brain."
Against such Swiftian genius I have no riposte!
You WODdies make an amusing sight: a flock of cartoon ostriches, each with your head in the sand, but shouting out observations about a world you cannot see.
Astonishing, really. Bereft of historical perspective and political principle, you serve the dark interests which control the current drug industry.
Lenin had a term for you lot. 'Useful' is the first of its two words.
