its easy to get there. just take a train. you may have to make reservations on the train from irun(?) into pamplona. that or just take a bus. its crowded. and crazy. as for places to stay, there are all sorts of 'local flavor' at the stations greeting you with offers on renting a room in their apt. some are cheap, some arent. as for me, personally, i went alone. met some aussies in the train station. none of us had a place to stay so we slept in the park by the old city walls. met up with some more aussies. store your stuff in the little hostel about 4 blocks north of plaza de san fransisco or something along those lines. you can pay 20 bucks to sleep there but the accomodations suck. you get a piece of foam and are told to go find a piece of ground to sleep in. best weekend of my life though. if any of yall know a place online where i can watch the actual run, please email me the site.
jacaranda81@hotmail.com hope you get out there. its intense.
