Just damn. This almost definitely deserves a "barf alert"...

Pretty stupid move by Fox News to hand this guy so much free publicity... one has to admire the spirit of entrepreneurialism, even if the entrepreneur happens to be a left-wing whacko.

The way that liberals and left-wingers are treated when they get on those talk shows -- immediately shouted down, without an opportunity to even get a word in -- is just absurd.

Well boo-frickin'-hoo! Makes me want to grab my Kleenex and bawl, just thinkin' about it!

Sean Hannity is particularly in my sights -- that sanctimony, when those eyebrows start arching, and he starts wagging his finger.

Yikes! Not another less-than-clever t-shirt!

I guess that spells the end of Hannity’s career.

Since when does being a reporter from “Entertainment Tonight” on the Michael Jackson plastic surgery beat all of a sudden, overnight, allow you to start making official pronouncements about politics as if it's gospel?

It was "Inside Edition" you smarmy little twit. And it's better experience for making political commentary than what the likes of Alec Baldwin, Sean Penn, and the Dixie Chicks have ever had.

Could there really be folks at FOX this "logically-challenged"?

Could the Fox people have done anything stupider? This guy and his site would have been history without the letter. I thought this was the type of thing that whiny lefties did.

One shirt reads “Faux News: We distort, you comply,” while another advertises the “O’Reilly Youth,” a reference to Hitler's youth groups. In its letter, Fox threatened legal action, claiming that the T-shirts could result in consumer confusion and “the impairment of the goodwill represented by the name ‘Fox News Channel.'”

The "Faux News" t-shirt is clever and amusing, even if I don't agree with it. "O'Reilly Youth" exploits the Holocaust, and is in poor taste.

Neither, however, ought to be legally actionable.

"Shoulda just left it alone. It would have died."

Bingo! And Fox will lose this one, big-time. Parody and satire are among the most strongly protected parts of free speech.

Had Fox just ignored this, it would have amounted to nothing. Now, it'll be a cause celebre for a while.

Stupid Fox!

Fox is almost unwatchable. I can spot liberal bias a million miles away. I have lived with it for years. I know bias when I see it. Fox is so blatantly biased in a moderate Bushbot sort of way that it is laughable. O'Reilly is an arrogant buffon who often seems to unkowningly revel in his own ignorance. Hannity is a well meaning guy but shallow. And Shep Smith is the most biased anchor alive today (left or right). I have started turning to MSNBC more these days. Scarborough Country is amusing and he isn't nearly as unbearable as O'Reilly.

>>I saw Ann Coulter on “Hannity & Colmes” last night and I had to switch the channel. It just made my blood boil. I've got a shirt lined up for her! <<

Some people can't handle smart, beautiful women. The left only has Susan Estrich *yuck*.
Between Ann and Barbara Olsen, may she rest in peace, conservatives define beautiful and smart.

"The fact that they're the only cable news channel that, despite the fact that they're No. 1, feels the need to spout that every 15 minutes just smacks of Orwell."

Guess this guy doesn't watch CNN "the most trusted name in news." LOL

Publicity for him is also publicity for Fox News. Fox will never get many liberals in it's audience. But it stands a good chance of getting all of the conservatives (which is about 80 percent of everybody that watches cable news programs).
