I am with you -- they are self-destructing. Here in OK the cable stations are 41 (CNBC), 42(MSNBC), 43(CNN), and 44 (Fox). I used to surf through beginning at 41 to 44 but now I do them individually so I don't even stop at 43 (CNN) for a minute!
