It appears that you're not familar with some of the LDS practices and the organizations writings. Just hang on a while and then some things will become clear.
Headquarters refers to the LDS organizational structure, whereby a UNANIMOUS vote is given the 'Living Prophet' on some revelation 'GOD' has given him.
Heartwarming refers to the LDS practice of getting a good feeling about a certain idea, no matter what evidence there is to the contrary.
Emma refers to the LDS 'scripture' where she is threatened, perasonally, by 'GOD' if she does not knuckle under to JS demands.
