The Canadian border beefing up is in addition to, not instead of, stemming the flow of illegals into the country from the south. So are these 375 additional agents in the North, going to be replaced when they leave the South?
I think the answer may be yes.

The answer is in the report. With 375 additional agents headed north, the total on the northern border will more than double to over 1000. Obviously at least another 125 agents will be placed on the norther border in addition to the 375. None will be heading south. Why would they ask for volunteers to leave the southern area if they were only going to be replaced?
