I thought Congress had to approve of this. And furthermore I believe we can now add our name to States who sponsor terrorism. This is indeed another sad day. BTW: This comes on top of the $300 million given to the PA "Security" forces a few weeks ago.

Only if you speak of "peace" in front of the cameras and make it look like you have been reformed by choosing a leader with a new look (like Arafat did). Abbas wears a suit and shaves. Good enough. Maybe if Osama shaved his beard and did the same, will we stop going after his group...Same logic essentially, as the PLO-PA Israel faces, is the same terrorists that have been murdering since Oslo (1993), and even way before, starting in 1964. (Abbas/Mazen co-founded the PLO with Arafat in 1964).

Good point. I don't know why he's doing this. I initially thought after hearing Bush's speech on the axis of evil, that Iraq was a beginning point to bringing some kind of control in the Middle East, and some justice for Israel. After Iraq, Iran, Syria. But now we are helping Iran & Syria provide funds for terrorists. What was the point of Iraq?

Bush is a genius. Tactical, strategic, business, military, he looks good in jeans. Hell the man is God. Everything he does is brilliant.
