You know, I'd be willing to bet that the surviving Branch Davidians, Elian Gonzales and the people who lost sons and brothers and husbands in Mogadishu would be able to tell the difference between the Toon and Dubya.
The other day in Psych class I watched some film of a poor British man who had sustained damage to his hippocampus and could no longer create long term memories. Now I'm wondering if "Marine Inspector" might be his screen name. The Brits have Marines too, after all. How in the world did you forget the Toon's nightmarish presidency already? How in the world did you forget the 3,000 dead his incompetence and negligence cost us less than two short years ago?
Saying Dubya and Cheney are the same as Bubba and AlGore is like calling a virgin a slut because she got kissed on the cheek. And the sad part is that if you get your way and we end up with Dean or the Hildebeest in the big chair, you will whine like a smacked puppy every time they snap off some policy decision you don't like, which would probably be about 4 or 5 times as often as now, no matter what you think about Dubya being a socialist. Trust me, I used to live right across Lake Champlain from Dean's worker's paradise and you ain't seen nothin' yet!
Be careful what you wish for, you may get it. If all the Dubya haters on this site had gotten what they wished for in 2000, Al Gore would be running the War on Terror, that is, if he thought we even needed one. You think Osama is going to live in fear of Howard Dean or John Kerry? Think again, he'll send 'em a fruit basket for Inauguration and the war's over. Heck, France is endorsing Hidebeest for the '04 race; why don't you just make her commander-in-chief? That's reeeeeeaaalll conservative.
