I'm surprised about Latvia too! They were so very much behind the US and the Latvian President even blasted the French for their duplicity. What changed?

Poor country is stuck between EU arrogance insisting on ICC support for EU admission and US policy demanding our soverienty be respected.

We need to force France and Belguim out of NATO over this.
