Reorganized the INS in an attempt to safeguard the borders and ports of America and to eliminate bureaucratic redundancies and lack of accountability. And to list anything he's done on immigration as an accomplishment? Theguy won't even let Congress forbid the executive agencies from accepting the Matricula Consular.
You should also add to the bad list:
Forced Biggest Expansion of Welfare State in 40 years through Congress (drug handout).
Broke the back of the pro-life movement by dividing and conquering them on stem-cell research, guaranteeing a huge loss of influence for true conservatives within the GOP in coming years.

Though you choose to see the prescription drug bill as a betrayal by President Bush, I rather suspect that you would have been even more upset by the Demodog's bill if that were to have been signed into law by a Demodog president. This is about the best that could have been hoped for, and may end up on the very good side of the ledger in the long run.
As far as the other items on the list, thank you for what appears to be an excellent rundown on the first 30 Months.
Thanks for the ping, Howlin.
And you got it, MM... it is truly scary to think of what algore would have done to this country in just the first ten items of this list.
